1 Individual Therapy

 We work collaboratively on supporting individuals to deal with personal issues, emotions, and promote self-awareness, growth, and mental well-being. We use a variety of evidence based and evidence informed therapeutic techniques to help clients can gain insights, develop coping strategies and self compassion, as well as achieve personal goals.

2 Play Therapy

This effective therapeutic approach allows children to use play to communicate, express emotions, and resolve conflicts, in an engaging environment. Our focus is also on strengthening parent-child relationship.

3 Couple Therapy

We work with couples to enhance their relationship, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connection in a safe and neutral therapeutic space. 

4 Family Therapy

We support families in addressing relational dynamics, communication patterns, and resolving conflicts to improve understanding, cohesion, and overall family functioning.

5 Clinical Supervision

Our goal is to ensure the supervisee's development, enhance their clinical skills, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients. We also support supervises in reflexive practice and professional growth, promoting ethical and effective treatment practices.
