Richard Bach

My name is Urvashi Sirohi Joseph

Balance is the key to wellbeing. Life brings its ups and downs and there are times we struggle to keep our balance and harness our inner strength. If you or someone else in your life is going through a difficult time, emotionally or in relationships, I am able to provide therapeutic support. I use a combination of evidence based and creative approaches, that are effective in addressing a variety of concerns.

As a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist I bring with me 20 years of experience working with men, women, children, and families. I have expertise in working with children and family therapy. I engage children using a variety of play based strategies including board books, art, sandtray, and therapeutic stories.

By personality I am calm, creative, and approachable. I will help you get the most out of therapy by creating an environment for self-reflection, creative expression, and facilitate the development of coping skills. I encourage you to consider Richard Bach's quote "What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly".
